Crusty Demons (PS2)

Advantages: good gameplay
Disadvantages: too short

...this is a fun game whitch has a good story line. the fighting is what i enjoyed the most because you can do a varierty of combos and run up the wall and shoot down at them. you can chose what character you want to be which obviously affects the story line. the story is about a demon who is trying to save the world from the other demons. the girl is a person but for some reason she can turn into a demon? i prefered the mans storyline since it's got less puzzles. the tranformation is good but is limited. the graphics aren't that good even the FMV graphics ain't good but dont let the graphics stop you from playing tjis game I higly recommend playing it but the most dissapointment is that it's very short.... ...Playing Onimusha was a great experience. With it being so simple to play i was able to kill demons right away! Watch out though as the puzzles do get tricky later on. If you are a hack and slash fan this is a game for you with magic thrown in, in the weapons it creates the full experience. Characters and story slightly far fetched but with beautiful FMV (considering it's age) and plenty of bosses to face Capcom have delivered the goods again. Do watch out for the poor camara possitions! in respect to other games like Tenchu and Dynasty Warriors this comes up very well as it is by far the easiest to play and succeed in unfortunatly lacking depth to be a classic.... Advantages: brilliant storyline. great playability

...this game is made by the makers of resident evil and is quite similer in play but it is significantly better. you play as samanouske, a warrior, in a world of magic and demons. the princess has been captured and you have to recue her... oh and save the world from demons from the other realm. its set in an olden day japanese village and surrounding area and it all looks brilliant. this isnt just your average slash and shoot the demons game. at the beginning of them game you acquire an armulate. when you kill a demon his soul escapes. suck the souls up and you get more energy/magic powers. challenges all along the way will make you use your brain and the pure brilliance of the gameplay will make you play it for hours at a time. theres no walking around pointlessly for hours trying to figure out what to do in this game. and that is what...
