One of the best FPS to hit the pc! Stunning computer graphics depending your pc specs. The star of the game is your Nano suit in which the player does combat as it allows for super speed, strength and stealth capabilities, there is nothing better then sneaking up to your enemies in direct line of sight while you are cloaked and grabbing them by the neck to discard them! Being from the same creators as the first Far Cry you experience the same tropical island greenery but with enhancements. This graphics may be to challenging for some pcs so make sure you are well over the minimum spec requirements. With nice modern day weaponry gun battles can be fierce, at later stages you can use alien weaponry...you will need it once you start to battle the mechanical aliens. ...

Crysis seems to be one of the most anticipated PC games in this part of the year. Does it live up to its hype?
Well?
Yes and No
I'll start off with a bit of back story.
You play as Nomad who is part of the US Delta force, they are a squad kitted out with futuristic nanosuits which give them all sorts of abilities (more on that later) Delta force are called in because a group of American archaeologists have been captured by the North Korean Army after making an unusual discovery.
Now onto the game, it installed fine but took a while. Once i clickd the shortcut i was forced to watch through about 4, un skippable, company logos (this can be fixed in the configs) Once i was at the game menu i adjusted the settings to suit my PC and i was off. Advantages: The most visually stunning game graphics your eyes will encounter. Disadvantages: The kind of computer you would need to run this game at decent playability will cost you a kidney.

No.
It IS the most visually stunning game I have ever played.
Apart from having to sell your house to be able to afford a computer capable enough of running this game a decent framerate, this is a really good FPS.
The only con about the playablility of this game, is the AI. The AI is not smart. In water, the AI would look at you, scream, and then drown. Crytek seem to have focused on the visuals and completely forgotten about the AI in this game.
The game comes with an editor, which allows you to edit the levels of the game, and place objects in them. It even allows you to create your own levels. This game is worth every penny, if you have a PC capable of running it.
Crysis also has multiplayer online functions, for those who get bored of singleplayer ...
