Cura-Heat Back and Shoulder Pain Heat Pack

We've tried the brand named Heat pads as well as these ones which are cheaper and I find them all to be about the same standard. I suppose the brand named ones can be that bit larger, but these ones are so much cheaper.

Anyway another must have product that the wife picked up from Savers. This comes in a 4 pack and cost around £3.50 so surely worth a try.

Although this states that it is for use on back and shoulders, i'm sure you can use these on the stomach area or anywhere else that you have an ache, but I suppose most people would probably use a product like this for back pain anyway.

These are a decent size. Not the smallest pads i've seen but certainly larger than another cheaper brand pad that i've tried.

So you use these in the usual way. Just take a pad out of the pack, take the back part off which allows you to stick this onto your skin or clothes if you want this not stuck to you. The pads are sticky but not that sticky that it will hurt when you take this off. I have a few hairs on my back and this didn't hurt when the wife ripped this off for me. When you take the backing part off then that activates the Heat crystals and I think when this is stuck onto the skin then that makes the Crystals work as well. Who knows the science behind this.

These say that they keep the heat for up to 12 hours. I wouldn't say I felt the same amount of heat for all that time, but they stayed a good warmth for hours. I've had 1 of these applied to my lower back before bed and it stays in place no matter if you toss and turn in your bed.

These work just as well as the brand named one and give a nice heat on your back and helps take the back pain away for a bit. It's amazing what a bit of heat can do.
