Brilliant! These tongs gave amazing results on my long, thick hair; and left it in great condition. There was not the smell of hot burning hair I have had with other makes. I got this product for christmas a few years ago and have hardly used it purely because I didn't particularly like the look as it made my hair too curly. Also, one side of my hair curled more than the other and it looked strange. On the otherhand, it didn't work very well with my sister and her hair hardly curled.
