How do you fight stress and anxiety?

Advantages: sharing coping strategies may help
Disadvantages: symptoms may be easier to treat than the cause

Disadvantages: Stress is the price of not heeding nature's hint

The best way to stave off stress and anxiety, I find, is not to worry about them. Easier said than done, you may be thinking, and indeed it is, but that’s only one of the reasons why I’m saying it. As I grow older I find myself increasingly able to do it ...

Review of How do you fight stress and anxiety?

Tesco v Tisserand in the battle for Emmas heart and mind!
