This was an extremely cheap and nasty oven with cheap and nasty parts, backed by lying, cheating customer service reps through a 'fake' third party company actually owned by currys, even though they try to distance themselves from it. Kinda like Broadmoor county council saying 'here, buy this lovely fluffy bunny from us' then when it turns into a baby-eating monster saying 'your warranty is taken care of my inmates of the local clink - enjoy!'.
so, in sum, I would recommend like NOT buying this oven, even if they said 'please buy this oven, it's good and like, works and everything' i'd then recommend you turn around and say 'even if you change the number of this pants currys essentials oven from Currys Essentials CBCONX10 to "the best oven, like ever", I still wouldn't buy this piece of guff. In fact, thinking of it now, I shouldn't even be looking at a product with the letters CON in the title. D'oh.'
