Shopping in Currys Edinburgh
Advantages Local to many areas, with adequate parking. Spacious, well laid out with good lighting and many items on display.
Disadvantages Staff lack general knowledge in many items, and try to bluff about their understanding of specialist items. Which are usually non existent.

The whole the store is well laid out, neat tidy, with adequate to good lighting. Lots of current items on display in a well ordered fashion. But noticed that some of the smaller and peripheral items are extremely over priced, i.e.: printer cables and electrical connectors.
Really don’t know how any company can justify charging £12 for a USB cable when I can purchase them for about £1. The staff were very pleasant but seemed to lack general knowledge in many items, and then tried to bluff their way in understanding of some specific items.
If you don’t know. Don’t bull!
Anyway I placed an order for 1 x washing machine, and 1 x dishwasher.
Which although marked ‘In Stock’ were actually ‘Out of stock’ when checked with warehouse. With a five week delivery period. I was told they would contact me about delivery of goods.
Appliances were paid for at the time, without problems.
