CURRYS WON'T TELL YOU IF YOUR LAPTOP HAS A DEFECT - BEWARE !!!

Advantages none
Disadvantages did not inform me of item defect when i got in touch.
Bought a HP laptop with "whatever happens" cover -
well "whatever happened" was that the HP laptop turned out to have an inherent defect.Currys never informed me about this.
When I phoned the "whatever happens" helpline - they just said to take the battery out and put it in again.They said nothing about the defect.
I paid £999 for laptop and £340 for the cover.I have written to them and recieved no reply.
this defect is affecting thousands of laptops.Currys are well aware of this.
BEWARE WHEN SHOPPING AT CURRYS as based on this evidence ,YOU WILL BE UNLIKELY TO BE REIMBURSED or they will either not reply to you or try and give you a fraction of what you paid for the item.
This is not just my experience, it is the experience of many others also.GOOGLE "NVIDIA DEFECT"
