I have never ever experienced such awful, incompetent service from a retailer. Over the last 6 weeks dealing with Curry's I have lost count how many times I have been told someone would call me back and they haven't or given misinformation. I ordered a washer/dryer which did not work and got it changed through the manufacturer. This one worked for 5 days before breaking which is when I contacted curry's to get a refund. Ordered a new laptop PC this morning to pick up from the Currys at Broadfields Retail Park, Aylesbury. Collected it this afternoon and should not have accepted the package I was given - the outer packaging was slightly damaged and just after leaving the store, I noticed that a "void" tape at the bottom of the packaging was already cut. I did however find the goods I was buying elsewhere (Dixons) cheaper. Currys is a leading electrical retailer selling a wide range of electrical goods from TVs and DVD players to Cookers and fridge freezers. They are one of the better priced electrical retailers out there beating Argos (and for the mostpart Comet) hands down. Although they are reasonably well priced the customer service lets them down.
