The Cyclamen is very original in its bloom, instead of blooming toward you it blooms backwards. Its petal flip backwards. If this sounds weird search on the web for plants and look for the Cyclamen, House plants. And you should get a picture of one. They come in a variety of colors too. And have many seperate blooms. Blooming plants typically only bloom for 2 weeks with good maintenace. But I have bought one before and had it to last longer than that. With dead leafing the plant just ripe off the yellow leaves and they should come out fairly easy. I think you should try this plant because it is different and it will add color to a table or counter.
