Good, solid beginner mixer

Advantages: Low/Mid/High Gain & Kill + Phono/Line Switching
Disadvantages: 2 channels, set-up can be challenging.

The DM-1002 MKII is a solid and good mixer for beginning DJ's. Everything from the stylish design, to the ease of use - is something that makes the mixer normally a join to use. The best thing to happen to mixing since Technics made 1210s

Advantages: Bulletproof, Masses of features, Masses of fun, No carrying vinyl about
Disadvantages: Need the software running for the sampler to work. Takes a while to learn the button combinations

This is well worth the extra money. I have been mixing for nearly 15 years and this mixer has completely revitalized mixing. The possibilities are endless and you just don't have enough hands to make this thing do what is possible. ...mixer I owned after the Numark Bluedog mixer and it was a massive improvement. This is a fairly simple but very reliable mixer to use. It has a simple and easy to use design, perfect for those just starting out as a DJ. The crossfader and the channel faders are smooth.
