I like to wear my watch all the time, even in bed, its something I have always done. I think it comes from being very short sighted so if I have my watch on and wake in the night I can see the time without having to struggle to find my glasses and peer at the clock. I do take it off when I go in the shower and then I give it a good clean with a tissue before putting it back on again. The only thing is I find that after wearing a new watch for a few months or so the back of the watch starts to go funny and then it makes my skin sore at my wrist.
