Excellent machine a definite must have for small businesses or home use, I honestly do not know how I got along without it. Works well with generic/compatiable labels.
Easy to use and maintain although colour printing would be great but not necessary as you can buy coloured labels for the machine.
Labels are easy to find whether you want to use genuine Dymo or compatiable labels. Printing is quick and a bit noisy but nothing to disturbing.
I have found the Dymo Customer Services extremely easy to deal with and very helpful with complete followup from the staff. Any problem resolved quickly and in a professional manner.
All in all, I highly recommend this item and should it have to be replaced, I would definitely purchase another.
