The DymoLabelWriter is amazing. It works via a network switch and print server when most printers/other labelwriters do not work. Its small, its SO user friendly with the DYMOLabel Software. Its very very easy to fix faults when they arise (not very often) and its very quick and quiet.
The LabelWriter software itself is one of a kind - it allows you to print labels in batches, via an addin in Word, Excel and Powerpoint - it does everything you want it to do and FAST. The quality is excellent, especially with the DYMO personalified labels. I have 10 of these in my organisation and they are becoming extremely popular. The cost of these little things are next to none - most other labelwriters cost over £130!! Its so good that I've bought one for my own use...

...The Dymo 320 LabelWriter is sat to the right of my desk at work and it cost about £90.00. It has already saved this many times over in terms of saved time, money and reduced stress on staff!
For some reason our large digital printer/copier hates printing labels. After the third time of having to have the service engineer come out to remove a rogue label that had become glued to the drum ,our head of IT decided that it would be better to buy a label printer.
We decided to buy a Dymo 320 LabelWriter. It can be networked and so is shared by a number of people in our very busy publishing company, being shared by IT, sales, editorial and accounts.
It is fairly easy to load with paper rolls and automatically lines the role up at the start of using the roll. The labels are easy to pull off and it does a good, professional job of printing...

Advantages: No ink or toner and very low maintence Disadvantages: Does not print in colour
...Excellent machine a definite must have for small businesses or home use, I honestly do not know how I got along without it. Works well with generic/compatiable labels.
Easy to use and maintain although colour printing would be great but not necessary as you can buy coloured labels for the machine.
Labels are easy to find whether you want to use genuine Dymo or compatiable labels. Printing is quick and a bit noisy but nothing to disturbing.
I have found the Dymo Customer Services extremely easy to deal with and very helpful with complete followup from the staff. Any problem resolved quickly and in a professional manner.
All in all, I highly recommend this item and should it have to be replaced, I would definitely purchase another....
