Last week I bout my first set Of D'Addario Guitar strings (Orangle Knickle wound XL) and to be honest at first I thought I was playing with ropes, these things sounded amazing but were as thick as.. well as thick as really thick metal. I persume the guy I asked in the shop to select me some strings for the guitar I owned mabe could have been given a little more information or he wasn't a super assistant. However after playing an hour a day.. ish for about a week I love them, theyre waw. I can bend them twice as much as my previous strings and the sound especiall from the E is just awesome. This was my first time replacing strings and their fantastic colour coded instructons made it very easy for me highly recommended. the only other concern is when ever I am performing hammers with these they are very faint, if not at all audible when I have my amp low.
