(silly name but a good product) model DWL922 it contains everything you need to go "wireless" As a mere technophobe, even I managed to get it installed, although yet again, I required the help of the helpline, but that is what they are there for. The kit was purchased from good old PC World at a cost of £45.99 although it goes without saying that you will get them cheaper somewhere.

The mimimum system requirements are:- * Cable, or DSL Modem with ethernet port.Comp with windows, *MAC or Linus based operating system - with an installed ethernet adapter.
* A USB port.
* Windows XP, 2000, ME or 98SE.
* At least 300 Mhz & 32 Mb of memory.
* MAC OS 10.3 & 10.4.

Advantages: Easy to install router, Extension cable inclues for dongle Disadvantages: Few install issues with dongle, ugly design
...away from any possible interference! D-link did have some trouble with the dongle as is wasn't put in all the packages, i had this problem but if you call customer services they will send you one and should receive within 6 weeks.
The dongle itself is quite long at about 2.5 inches by 1 inch wide. So can be an obstacle if using a laptop, or need your desktop to fit into a tight area. I have found the rate to vary and has its peak times and occasionally ... ...Overall, this is not the best to go with if using windows 2000 or earlier, but with XP works great.
