Well after struggling with my Linksys router for the last 2 years, and it's constant crashes and disconnects, I stumbled across this router. It claims to be aimed at the computer gamer, with easy options to allow you to play your favourite online games. I found the appealing, as most routers are terrible when it comes to online gaming. I'm sure the gamers reading this will be used to dealing with port forwarding, and running out of space in the router to config, when setting up your games.
Well this problem is made a whole lot easier with the DGL-4300. It even has a pre installed list of game setting in the router config screen, so all you have to do is select the game, and all the forwarding is done.
When I first saw this router, it was listed in most online shops at well over £100. However, I managed to find it on Misco for under £50! so it was a real bargain.
The router itself is well packaged, and contains everything you will need to set it up. The sleek black design really looks the part, and blends in well with my pc setup, unlike my last bright blue router.
I have been running this router now for over 1 months and have yet to have a crash. With my last router I was lucky to get 24 hours. I have noticed a vast speed improvement on my web browsing as well.
The only downside to the router is the setup screens. They are not the most user friendly screens I have ever used, and found the wireless security setup to be a bit of a pain. However, after a bit of reading and perseverance, it was fine.
I would and have recommended this router to others, and now 2 of my friends have also bought the same router.

How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines
Quite a helpful review, would be more helpful with a bit more commentary on the sopecs rather than just listing them all. Rich
