The DRVT43 comes with a DVD player which is also a DVD-RW, a VCr, and comes with built in freeview... A lot of bit considering you can find them online for £150! And even bettter considering a Sony DVD-RW will set you back more than this whole package!
The DVD player will play all dics apart from DivX (which is a format mainly ... ...dodgy copy from a friend and it not working (not that im condoning that sort of behaviour lol)!!!
If you hav a surround sound system at home this is compatible with that but a seperate amp will be needed--- theres normally one of those in your existing system anyway :D
For £150 I dont think you can go wrong, its cheap, its compact and its ready for freeview so instant extra channels --- what more do you need?

The biggest Con I would say about this product is it is made by Daewoo, now this is not massive but I know a lot of people are brand loyal--- if your like me a person who doesnt notice the tiny difference in quality (specially for the massive difference in price) then I would definately recommend this to your home system. If you do have a bigger budget then by all means use it, you can find better than this - just not for the money! :D
