Totally agree with the last reviewer! We moved house and got onefor free. Looks great on the outside, but all the freezer drawers were cracked. And not by the previous owner. It seems the food gets caught, you pull hard to get the drawer open and the cheap plastic is so brittle that it cracked at either end of the freezer drawers. I tried taping/supergluing the cracked plastic together but no joy. We ended up throwing out the middle drawer and now ... ...we can get to it!
The shelves in the fridge are terrible too. They are so flimsy that anything of any weight (say, 2 x 2l milk cartons) will make it bend. One of the trays was cracked when we got it but I can't see it long before the others bend. What's annoying is that the bottom shelf bends so that it fouls the sliding (!) action of the 2 salad crisper (or beer tray in my case) so that you can't get them out without catching the front lip. ... more

You have to lift the bottom tray slightly, then slide the crisper tray open. There is no "glide". Just cheap plastic scraping on cheap plastic.
And the silverpaint on the handle has started to chip off.
Never look a gift horse in the mouth as they say, but we will be giving it away to a good home and getting something more substantial!

I was delighted with my Daewoo Frost Free freezer. When I got it home and began to fill it, I immediately began to have problems. The internal shelves contain a deep ridge which runs around the edge and across the middle of each one. Designed for catching spills. Good idea, except nothing stands up on shelves. Only small area of flat on each shelf. If you push anything into dip it is like Domino effect! Everytime I open the fridge, I have to dodge ... ...you get a product home you find its faults. I should have put this straight back on the truck. When I offered Daewoo positive criticism on how they could improve this product, they wrote back saying there was nothing wrong with their products. Not a family fridge. ...
