A good all round car with attractive buying incentives when bought new.Very economical to run.great to drive,plenty of room inside,I use mine as a shopping trolley. Fairly reliable,but just as well,since their 3 year "warranty" is almost useless,very poor service,long distance to the "local "outlet.Parts for this car do not seem easy to obtain,despite the Matiz being a very popular car. It is out of the 3 year "warranty" now,but still have faults which Daewoo were not competent enough to find,after many trips to their service depot. My tip is to find a garage who will take care of the service before purchasing one of these,some garages dont like working on the Matiz. Would not buy this make again,unless their service policy changed.

Why dont some garages like working on the Matiz? maybe due to its very compact layout,some jobs which are normally straightforward on other cars are awkward on the Matiz,like replaceing the alternator belt,maybe its the supply of parts,perhaps when mechanics are more familiar with this,they will like it!
