This is an excellent portable cd player/radio/cassette for the money.
I replaced a Sony model and expected a difference in the quality of the reception and the sound generally. I use it for audio tapes and to listen to through the day and am very happy with my purchase. It comes with a 12 month guarantee. It is solid enough without being to heavy to carry around. The power supply lead is slightly shorter than I am used to - time will tell as to its durability but because I use run the switches back and forth for audio reading I didn't want to spend a fortune on something which I would have to replace for wear and tear.
I would recommend this for anyone wanting a general purpose model for everyday use. I have used other players of this price level and found some of them lacking in sound quality compared to this. The model is very compact and the colours of ice blue and silver are attractive.
