The I pod touch is capable of storing large capacity of information well what actually do you think of a device that that has 8gb memory space. Like I wrote above, it is capable of 1500 to 1700 songs and on the other hand, capable of storing 10,000 pictures and also capable of playing video for the duration of 10 hours. In terms of videos, you can equally upload videos just like in music. You can upload movie but the issue with it is that the more you videos you put, the less you space In the music section, we have many categories like the album, artist, song title and genre these are the categories that make it very possible for you to make easy selections of your music. ...The ITouch is a great move forward for Apply with their Ipod range. I bought the 8GB version (Having owned a Nano & Mini) which I find is plenty for my music and videos. I currently have 1,000 songs and 4 full length movies and space for some photos. I do recommend getting some software to convert your DVDs to MP4 format. I wouldn't bother buying them on ITunes when you can do your own for free. The ITouch is pretty good for Wireless web access plus I've managed to set-up Gmail as well. It doesn't work with Hotmail unless you have a paid for account. Only 1 downside which is with all Ipods, they should provide some sort of protective case. I would recommend a Gelaskin which work great or even an Ipod sock.... Read review

...Having gone from a normal 4GB ipod to an 8GB itouch, I was pleasantly surprised with the major difference from the normal ipod to itouch. The itouch offers the users with an array of different features I never thought could be possible for a MP3/4 player. Its Wi-Fi capabilities allow its users to keep up-to-date with the latest news, music and events by using the built in web browser to search for any categories the users pleases. The "Maps" features allows users to find directions to their destination so they always find their way home. The ability to search and play YouTube video is a good feature that no one can get bored of. Away from the extra features, the stored MP3s can be found and played a lot more easily with the touch screen feature and are of high quality.
