Danone Activia has been around in the UK since 1988, but has only in recent years become more available in supermarkets. The company Danone actually market a number of different kinds of yoghurts, including yoghurt with fruit. Strawbery is just one of the fruit variations they do. I bought Activia after my doctor recommended it for my immune system. It helped me to get over a very bad cold. It was easy to eat the activia as my doctor had suggested. I ate one a day, and it tasted very good. However, for me it didn't exactly help my digestive system. Personally, I felt that I had more digestive problems after I ate the yogurt. However, if you are thinking about trying this product I would recommend that you should. I loved the taste of activia and it surely became one of my favorite yogurts.
