The DS6300 Datalogic scanner is designed to offer a complete and modular solution in terms of reading performance, connectivity, ease of use and maintenance. The HW and SW platforms and an innovative mechanical design have been developed to provide the scanner with extreme flexibility. The GENIUS SW configurator enables easy scanner set-up, utilizing a Wizard for obtaining the desired configuration in a simple step-by-step process. The icons and graphics used in the Wizard make the DS6300 very easy to install, even for first time users, while the Step-a- Head feature makes it possible to always install the DS6300 in the ideal position. The DS6300 is equipped with a "2-step" mechanically adjustable focusing optic, providing the scanner with a reading range from 250 mm to 2, 000 mm. The reading field width at the minimum distance and reading performance on very low contrast bar codes are among the main benefits of this scanner. It is also available with an integrated SW programmable oscillating mirror and built-in connectivity to Ethernet, DeviceNet, and Profibus. The DS6300 has a practical display with keyboard that increase the scanner's ease of use by showing bar code data read (local echo), statistics and diagnostic data. With the DS6300, Datalogic provides mid-range industrial bar code readers with top-class performance. As a result, the DS6300 is the optimal solution for a wide range of manufacturing applications both in the factory floor and warehouse. A much better package from BT Review of BT Voyager 105 USB by comwareuk Advantages: Small, easy setup, free from BT Disadvantages: I cant think of any ...If you have read my previous review on BT broadband, the BT Voyager 100 you will have noted my huge dislike for that version of the ADSL modem. However.... Along comes the BT Voyager 105 USB modem, a great improvment on their previous model. 105 looks identical to the 100 on the outside, but on the inside it has upgraded firmware, and the software CD has been improved greatly. It is very easy to install and is actually compatable with windows xp without the need for patches and fixes etc. In fact the software will still install correctly and setup the 105 even if you forget to install the software first before you conect the USB cable!!! I have tested the 105 on windows 98, xp sp1 and sp1, and windows 2000. All work 100%, a result for BT!! I cannot comment on BT's customer services this time, as there product worked as it should... The BT Voyager 105 USB ADSLModem Review of BT Voyager 105 USB by HappyKillmore Advantages: Small and light weight, with a nice design Disadvantages: Gets quite warm when it has been running for amounts of time ...Firstly, this is the first and only modem I have owned and it was purchased in 2004. The Voyage 105 has a small light weight design which makes it suitable for the smaller deskspaces, it also has a useful feature of a retractable stand to stand the modem vertically. The modem itself is very simple with only two sockets and three green LED lights. The three LEDs indicate the power, DSL and that data is being recieved. Even though there is nine slots for air movement, the modem still becomes quite warm after it has been running for amounts of time. Unfortunately I have not found a soloution for this heating up. Overall the BT Voyager 105 is a simple but reliable ADSL modem which comes at a very competetive price. I would recomend this modem for a freqently used internet service....
