Davidoff Cool Water Deep

I purchased my bottle on impulse from Rackhams for £29.00 for a 100ml bottle of the aftershave. I knew I liked Cool Water and the sales assistant assured me after a tester that the gorgeous fragrance would last for hours. ...as a fragrance?? Interesting..... Davidoff cool water deep is quite an interesting arrival. The old cool water has been around for a while now and it begs the question as to when a new one would be realeased - or did they need to release a new scent given the sustainabilty of cool water? I think it is a healthy addition to the Davidoff collection and boy does one feel ever so suave, what what? It is cheaper than most designer fragrances at around ...
...chaps!! You just need a Davidoff cigar to complete the picture. Value for money yes indeed and easily available from all perfumeries/boots etc. I suppose that I could also tell you that it is user friendly as it is a slimline bottle easy to fit in the hand and a good spray nozzle to evenly spread the scent. (Source: www.zinodavidoff.com) After opening the dark blue box you are greeted by a very plain and poorly designed plain glass bottle. Functional, but very boring and it doesn't really project the luxurious image it would appear Davidoff try to give this product. As I have stated earlier, the bottles do not have an atomiser, therefore the aftershave is simply poured onto the hand to apply. I paid roughly £19 for my 100ml bottle in Las Vegas, but online the average price for the same bottle is currently in the region of £29. All in all, that is actually a reasonable price for such a large amount of fragrance from such a reputable company. Marketed as dynamic, cool and masculine Echo has contains the following notes which according to the blurb makes it an urban trendsetter: The notes to Echo build it up as an airy innovative fragrance that contains: Head: Suede, musk, liquid air. Heart: Sandalwood, cedar wood, nutmeg. Dry-down: chilli pepper, black pepper. Had I not tried this before purchasing I would be lead to think from the notes that the fragrance would be very dry and heavy on the nose and with the combination of suede, musk and sandalwood... ...When it comes to aftershaves I have a large and rather varied collection, some come and go without ever being replaced whilst a few firm favourites are instantly replaced. Never being one to stay with just one brand I am obsessed with trying new fragrances and it was whilst out shopping I tried the tester to Davidoff Game, a tester that had me instantly hooked due to the slap in the face refreshing citrus aroma and relatively bargain price. Being a fan of the Davidoff Cool Water and Cool Water Deep range I had no hesitation in purchasing the full gift pack for £45, which included a 100ml bottle of the aftershave, moisturising lotion and shower gel. £45 may seem excessive but readers should bear in mind that 100ml of this aftershave (taking the other items in the pack out of the equation) will last for well over 6 months when being used...
