The website is easy enough to use and the pricing is clear to be seen, just 1 months of lenses costs me £6.99 which is actually 32 lenses per box and you get 2 boxes totalling £12.98 but if you order 2 months worth which is 4 boxes the price drops down to £4.99 a box.

Last year I found myself tying Contact Lenses for the first time in preparation for my forthcoming wedding as my glasses were not the most stylish and I really didn't want to be wearing green framed specs in all of my wedding photographs so I went to Asda to get tested and for my trial and began using Acuvue Lenses.
I still only wear lenses every now as my prescription is -1.50 so I only need them for distance and when I am going out and when my last box ran out I decided to shop around for some cheaper options after all we are in a credit crunch and every little bit really does help so I went to my old friend google to point me in the right direction and this was when I came across the day soft lenses and placed my first order.

As I am relatively new to contact lenses I was unsure about switching to another brand incase they didn't quite fit well enough. The daysoft website has a great little section where you select the lenses that you currently use and to the right hand side it will tell you which daysoft lenses you will need.

I ordered my lenses on the secure website after selecting the current brand of lenses that you use and the daysoft lenses to order appear on the right hand side and then select continue to process with the order.
You have the option to order 1 months supply which is £13.98, 2 months supply which is £19.96, 4 months supply which is £39.92 or a 6 month supply at £59.88.
You will need to have your prescription handy to be able to specify what prescription you need for each eye. The lenses have a "uni-fit" design which means that you don't need to provide your base curve radius or lens diameter which is good as I haven't a clue what my prescription is for this.
The usual procedure follows next which is to provide your contact details and payment details, review your order and then complete. I received an email confirmation straight away confirming the amount that wasw being debited from my card and an idea of when delivery would take place. My lenses took 3 working days to arrive.
*~*So are they any good?*~*
So I have to admit when the lenses finally arrived in the post I thought I had ordered wrong as the package was so small but once I opened it there was infact 64 contact lenses there was just a lot less packaging to them compared to my usual brand. A small booklet accompanied the lenses advising me how to remove them from their packaging and how to insert them.
I was impressed so far that not only was there less packaging but they were well packaged and felt softer.
The lenses come in strips of 4 x4 so the first step is to separate the first strip of 4 lenses and open the opposite way to normal contact lenses where by the foil is against your fingers and you peel off the clear plastic casing containing the lens with your right thumb taking care not to spill it. To take the lens out you should put the tip of your finger into the lens until it attaches to your finger, then turn it so that you can put the lens into your eye.
On the daysoft website there is also step by step instructions and a video.
The lenses themselves are fantastic quality and feel much more comfortable that other lenses that I have used. The lens feels a little thinner compared to other lenses but for me this is an advantage as soon as it was on my eye it didn't move, previously I had suffered where the lens moved slightly and caused irritation whilst wearing them but with daysoft I have no complaints only praise.
A cheaper price, better packaging and a much better fit.
Daysoft also offer a money back guarantee if you report a problem within 7 days of receiving the lenses.
Many people say that you get what you pay for and well these are the best lenses out there and with the chairman being the man reponsible for them being in the marketplace this is where I will be shopping for future pairs as so far so good.
Summary: Economical lenses that at a smart price are the finest!
Advantages: Small packaging, small price, very comfortable Disadvantages: took 7 days to arrive after ordering
...themselves (i actually bought the daysoft 58 not 72)
Upon visual inspection there is an easy way to tell from the shape of the lens edge whether it is the correct way round, the last lenses i used seemed to be almost the same either way, the only way to tell was to put them in and see if i could see! this was a nice suprise. The lenses seem to be made of a softer more rubber-like material than the other lenses i have tried which may make them more ...

Quick review of Daysoft UV 58
These lenses were cheaper to buy than my usual ones (CibaVision Focus Dailies). However I found them uncomfortable to wear - didn't seem to 'sit' right on my eye - and after a few times of wearing noticed that I kept getting a mild eye infection. Not 100% sure if the fault of these lenses, but since switching back to Focus Dailies, haven't experienced another infection (touch wood :-) ). Bit of a shame bcos I did like the price! ...
