I thought long and hard before buying this electric pasta maker. i had wanted a pasta machine for some time but had been thinking of one of the manual versions with the turn-handle, a bit like a small mangle. However I saw this advertised and decided to go for it. It is like a small food processor on top with with an 'output' nozzle on the front. You add your flour and eggs to the bowl at the top and switch on. It kneads your pasta into a dough in around four minutes.
