I got this Decleor 'Double Action Tinted Concealer' as a brand new hand-me-down.
The concealer has aquatic plant extracts and essential oil in it.
Decleor is a French company based in Paris and the concealer is also made in France. The concealer has a 12 month use by date, which is good since it is only a 15ml tube. Despite being such a small tube you only have to use the tiniest bit when you use it so it should end up lasting you for months. The concealer is aimed at combination and oily skin.
Decleor tend to package all of their products in an egg yolk yellow colour (with a few exceptions) I really like their packaging and it always looks a very happy colour.
