It is economically regulated by OFWAT who set price limits, quality regulated by the Drinking Water inspectorate (the latest report can be accessed on the internet) ..." Read review

I have never had any problems with 'Dee Valley Water's service. Any work that is to be carried out, that could affect the service they provide...generous notice is given.
