We bought this to replace our old Delonghi fryer and we havent been disappointed yet. It holds 2 1/2 litres of oil at its maximum level and 2 litres at the minimum. Have the actifry for about a week and its fantastic first thing we tried was chips i used marris piper potatoes and they were crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle best chips I have had in a long time, Since then we have done pork chops, roast potatoes, vegtable still fry, home made garlic mushrooms ( a good dash of garlic powder mixed with the oil ), curried chips, sausages all off which have tasted great.
