It is a very good quality fryer with variable temperature control up to 190 degrees, and is an attractive brushed steel design. I have gone through a few deep fat fryers (mainly because instead of cleaning it I just get a new one!!!) Anyway at the moment I have this one and so far I am impressed with it, even without a timer.
