...get the hang of it.its got a little ledge on which you angle the basket on .if you dont do it right the basket falls right back in to the fat.it has a Removable lid for easy cleaning which sounds good but there are parts in the lid you cant get to unless you use a screwdriver.it as a Permanent anti grease filter which also sounds good untill the fryer pongs your house out.it also gets that hot you cant touch it. there are only 2 good points that ...
