...boys I have found the Delonghi F600 "chips with everything" deep fat fryer useful, if not an absolute necessity in my kitchen. It is a must for chips, as well as chicken, mushrooms, onion rings and anything else that can be fried (and usually is when used by the boys). Cool touch Rotofryer! use half the oil!

Advantages: half the oil because of rotation, drain hose pipe, good food capacity
Disadvantages: slow warm up

Advantages: Small, easy to clean
Disadvantages: not for big loads

I have had a few deep fat fryers in my time and always hated the thought of cleaning them well when i found this one i was delighted. Delonghi Deep Fat Fryer

Advantages: Oil drainer, easy to keep clean
Disadvantages: Check oil tap is closed!!

I have gone through a few deep fat fryers (mainly because instead of cleaning it I just get a new one!!!) Anyway at the moment I have this one and so far I am impressed with it, even without a timer.
