A good fryer guaranteed to make you fat!

I bought this deep fat fryer just over a year ago from Amazon.co.uk for about £50. It is a very good quality fryer with variable temperature control up to 190 degrees, and is an attractive brushed steel design. There is also an on-off button and a red indicator light which turns off when the required temperature has been reached. Out of the frying pan on to the plate

Advantages: 3 baskets, oblong shape. variable temperature, viewing window, cool walls
Disadvantages: It can't make fried food healthier

Advantages: Dishwasher safe.
Disadvantages: Heavy when full.

Advantages: Soooo easy to clean
Disadvantages: Bulky, takes up more room than a conventional fryer
