We bought this to replace our old Delonghi fryer and we havent been disappointed yet. It holds 2 1/2 litres of oil at its maximum level and 2 litres at the minimum. The heat setting is adjustable via a roller wheel towards the bottom of the unit and this makes it very user friendly. ...The main advantage of buying Delonghi is without a doubt the cleaning system, each time we use it we wait for the fat to cool and then drain and clean it, so we will never again have a yucky greasy fat fryer. Kenwood DF520 I have found this fryer to be an efficient addition to my kitchen. It is rather bulky so advisable to have a cupboard to store it in, for, if you are like me, it will only be used on a few occassions. It cooks well with a good range of temperatures and has a reasonable sized basket for the food to be cooked.
