I bought this deep fat fryer just over a year ago from Amazon.co.uk for about £50. It is a very good quality fryer with variable temperature control up to 190 degrees, and is an attractive brushed steel design. There is also an on-off button and a red indicator light which turns off when the required temperature has been reached. ...boys I have found the Delonghi F600 "chips with everything" deep fat fryer useful, if not an absolute necessity in my kitchen. It does have a variable thermostat, which is a definite plus along with the volume of food that can be cooked. Another advantage with this fryer is that it has coolwall.
