Dampness is a thing of the past Advantages: Everything it does Disadvantages: None to note While it's wet outside but not hot enough to put the heating on inside i've had a few problems with dampness in the basement and on the ground floor. This product has been a godsend!! Within a day the air felt lighter and fresher, and the smell of damp had completely disappeared! When it's a damp day outside i'll put it on for a few hours and cannot believe the amount of water it takes from the air - it's reassuring to think that that water is now ... ...is really light weight so can be taken to any part of the house and is really silent. The noise is just a quiet hum which isn't disturbing in the slightest. I've noticed that clothes are quicker to dry when it's around and mist from the shower disappears really quickly. The only downside is leaving it on over night in the same room which you are asleep in - I've woken up feeling really dehydrated as a result. ebac dehumidifier is best Advantages: reputed company ,easy to use,automatic,shows automatic display. MY SHEETS ARE DAMP. MY HOUSE ISN'T Advantages: Helps keep humidity to a minimum Disadvantages: None that I have found yet. Ebac have had a good reputation for years for dehumidifiers. I used to have one of their older models a long time ago, and when I researched their products against other brands, I found that the Ebac dehumidifiers won hands down. WHY WOULD SOMEONE WANT A DEHUMIDIFIER ? Did you know that too much dampness in the air of your home can aggravate those illnesses that affect the joints and movement of the human body such as arthritis ? Did you know that ... ...FROM THE REST ? Ebac know that a certain amount of humidity in the air is good. They have fitted a new gizmo on their dehumidifier that actually detects something that they call humidistats (i.e. healthy levels of humidity), and thus their product automatically cuts out when a healthy level of humidity is reached. This feature is something that I have not found with the alternative dehudifiers. There's nothing humid about these! Advantages: Small and portable easy to operate. Disadvantages: You are only able to charge one at a time. In a previous rented house that I lived in a few years ago I was a bit of a hoarder and kept anything and everything, each room was filled with all my “needed” possessions and I had things crammed down beside my wardrobe and all the corners of my rooms were filled. I was always a clean person and my home did look clean just a little lived in. The landlord wanted to sell the house so we had to start packing our things up, this was when we noticed ... ...time and had not been used had become mouldy! I was disgusted and couldn't believe it.
