Dell did not inform me to tell me that the graphics card was not very good and I could not play hi speed games which I wanted to play.
The two good things about this ... ...into problems.
Dell is one the best companies around, I am criticising the speed and storage on this computer but I have to praise the reliability of this computer. I ran this computer a lot of times and didn't have many problems. When it comes to multimedia and work I would say that this computer would be more suitable for doing work.
The price is good for this type of computer as I think that it is very cheap.

This computer is a reliable computer but the can improve in terms of speed and storage. With only 256MB ram the computer can be a bit slow. When I first bought this computer it was quite quick but after a while it got slower and slower. The storage (40GB) is not impressive and you cannot really store much on the computer.

The two good things about this computer are that it comes with a great flat screen monitor which is great to work with. The other good thing is the CD- writer which runs at a very acceptable speed and doesn't run into problems.

Overall, if you are looking to buy a computer quickly and cheaply then this computer is for you. The customer supports are average and are not that good at fixing problems but will eventually come up with a solution. But before you buy this computer look around at other Dell computers as you will find better PC's than the 3000.
I bought this computer around a year ago and have been using it successfully in this time. The computer is great value for your money and provides with the basic features needed for an everyday use computer. The only problem i found with this computer was that when i tried to upgrade it, to enable to play computer games, the graphics slot would not allow very good graphic cards to be inserted, therefore its gaming capability was very limited! Also ... ...many files could be stored. As a result i was forced to buy an external harddrive to store all my media on. However, althought being not a mutli-media computer, it has coped very well with my constant need for performance, Overall although having some problems to do with upgrading, a very pleasing computer! ...

A bought this computer around two years ago and it has its pros, and its cons. The I updated my computer so it could have 2Gb of ram, so it runs nice and fast. I bought it at a low price so the value was pretty decent. One problem with it was the lack of upgrades that could be done, which brought other problems. Some that I ran into with it are, a very low disc space (33Gb) so I had to buy myself an external hard drive. The graphics card could not ... ...I have, which will eventually not be good enough. The cooling fan is horrible so its sounds extremely loud. So, although it does have some good things about it, the bad out weigh the good, so if your searching to buy a new PC soon, go with something else. ...

If speed is important to you I suggest you configure this machine with a faster processor. However, the extra cost associated with a better processor will only be worthwhile if it is definitely required. Advantages: Brilliant Value, Fast & Reliable Disadvantages: Style
...also a free deliviery included. Dell to me are a very reliable service, nothing was wrong with it and its been fine ever since from the experience.
