In view of its very inexpensive price - especially with the current (till April 12) 20% discount - click on the Dell link above - this monitor is great value for money, as usual with Dell.
What a bargain ! I'be been looking for a small TFT monitor to travel with for my job for a little while and this seemed like an excellent bargain. There's not a lot to say really, you plug it in and it works, but I'm certainly not dissappointed...

Installation was a doddle, just plug it in to the back of the laptop and we're off, although a driver CD was supplied, I've not bothered to even put it in the CD tray. I really don't think I'm missing much.
The display is clear and crisp and seems to have quite a wide viewing angle - good for the sopftware demo's I need it for, and the screen can tilt up and down in a range of about -5 degrees to 10 degrees from vertical. Admittedly, this monitor doesn't have any built in speakers, TV or DVI inputs, but I don't need (or really even want them) so that's not really a problem and you shouldn't hold this against it.

The Dell 15" Monitor E153FP
What can I say, I'm using it right now its great, all the fantastic vibrant colours show and looks fantastic. The viewing angle is amazing unlike some LCD monitors you fan turn in 160* away from you and still no change in colour.
Settings on the monitor include:
Positioning (Position the screen up,down, left or right)
Image settings (Pixel Click settings and phase)
Colour settings
Language (Of setting options)
One ... ...This monitor came with my Dell Dimension 9100, that I got for my birthday in 2005...
