brilliant. i have owned five Dell laptops and they have all been excellent. i had one that had a problem, howeveri had the onsite warranty. they were out next day and fixed it in my house. parts and all. they were consistent in their reliablilty and seem that way acroos the range. the smaller models were better than the larger types. i.e Centrino cooler than the P4 versions. this is similar in all Lappys though. i enjoyed the simplicity of setting it up and upgrades were easy even after sales. they have prompted me to recommend them to many of my friends and in my opinion value for money and specification together, thereis not much better available. all in all thy have been a worthwhile purchase and i would continue to recommend them to others. i will purchase again when i have the need to.
