    I received this as a corporate's laptop. Equipped with Windows 7 and plenty of RAM. This laptop is so expensive and you pay a lot of bucks to receive a poor piece of hardware. After some weeks I needed to change the motherboard but the quality is always the same. Poor. But this is DELL = poor quality ... and now also expensive products. The keyboard is horrible, when you type you loose a lot of characters and this is so annoying. Audio is horrible, sometime you unplug the headphone and the audio remains in the channel and it's not broadcasted to the speaker ... you need only to reboot. It's ... more
