My Dell is a 500 mhz PC and I also have a docking station.
The quality of the build is ok but the CD drawer has distorted (The front now sticks out). This is common as a number of other people in my office have the same problem.
The picture quality is excellent and the battery life is good.
The docking station functions well but you have to be aware that a patch install has to be run before you dock the laptop for the first time. This is not very well explained in the manuals. support is good and the website allows you to enter a code on your laptop that will get information and downloads for your PC.
For a laptop it is a bit heavy and the extras such as power supply and fdd drive mean it is a lot to travel around with.

(+) cool and quite robust trackpad, good display,64-bit windows 7 (-) few connectors,dell drivers only, not realy for gameing (most models), finger print prone!
