Advantages: Capable computer. Unobtrusive and quiet. Good value. Disadvantages: Not the greatest spec ever.
The Dell Optiplex GX520 is a reasonalby well-featured computer for the price. It has a 3GHz Intel 4 processor, which is more than adequate for everyday tasks and a very reasonable 2GB of memory - just as vital for speeding up your system. It is also extremely reliable and I have never had any problems with it.
The computer is very quiet - you hardly notice it is running. As SF stands for small form factor, this is the most compact of the three GX520 ... ...everyday tasks. For this, the Dell is more than adequate.
The computer comes with Windows XP as standard. Apparently, if you want to run Linux and don't need this installed, you can phone up Dell and they will take off £80 from the price. However, this does not (sadly) affect Bill Gates's wallet but Dell's! it is also capable of running Vista.

...easy to use, then this Dell would be good for you too. For those who are more technical than me though some of the specs are as follows:

Also I did not much like the sound through the internal speaker so bought two external speakers. These were easy to connect and inexpensive and the sound is now fine. Some of the USB ports are located on the front of the system which makes life easier - especially since I download pics from my camera on a regular basis. I would definitely recommend this PC. ...
