    After owning an XPS 17 for about 6 months now, I can confidently recommend Dell laptops. At the time of buying, it was very hard to find any other laptop that offered the same specs for anywhere near the same price as the XPS 17. My particular model, purchased from the Dell outlet store, has an Intel i5 2.66GHz processor, 4GB of RAM, a 320GB hard drive and even a dedicated graphics card (nVidia GT435M) and cost just under £430 ($665).
