I bought this laptop back in June, 2008, as a laptop I could use for college. The Good I love it. It is extremely light weight, which makes carrying it around to classes easy. I ordered the 12 cell battery, which gives me about 5 hours of battery life. The finish it uses looks great and is easy to clean with the cloth they provide. The built in microphone and web cam are good quality for being built-in. The fingerprint reader consistently recognizes my fingerprint and no one else's unlike some readers. The built-in SD card reader is really convenient for quickly getting pictures off my digital camera. The computer is also robust, as I've dropped it off the bed a couple times with no damage what-so-ever.
The Bad The only downside I've experienced is that the multimedia keys occasionally press themselves if the room is hot and you press them. Sometimes it keeps pressing after you let go. A quick tap on it fixes it though, and the problem is rare.

Advantages: Excellent Screen, built-in webcam, very fast, never crashed (after 1 year, that's incredible) Disadvantages: Slightly short battery life (but can easily be upgraded for very little money)
