I waited about 13 days for it to arrive. During that time the web site showed I didn't have any pending orders so I called customer service and an order that was there 3 days ago had disappeared they didn't know what happened to it. I printed 80 pages of text and the black ink cartrige was almost empty. The print quality is the worst I have ever seen. There is not a page stop to keep the printed pages neatly stacked. I am not sure how the scanner and copier worked the printer was so terrible that I didn't care. The custumer service with Dell has been ok in the past but on this occasion it was bad. The costumer service agent was frustrated because he was having trouble understanding me. I speak English and have spoke it my whole life. The V305 can not even compare to my inexpensive 5 year old HP printer.
I am staying with HP printers.
