After buying a DeLonghiIcona toaster a while ago I was so pleased with it that I went out and bought the kettle. My kettle is a rather glossy, retro red; its quite a rich colour so manages not to be tacky and, unlike some of the other De Longhi kettles I've seen it's shape is lovely and it's not too round The kettle itself boils quickly and does exactly what it says on the tin. If I was to complain about anything I'd say that the water level marker sometimes sticks and, in hard water areas like mine water marks on the chrome and paint can be a bit of a pain but nothing a quick wipe down won't sort out; a small price to pay for a funky looking kettle that adds a sense of fun and originality to my kitchen. Like the toaster its not cheap but it is worth it! ...

Advantages: Takes Pods as well as Ground Coffee, has removable water tank, great value for money Disadvantages: Won't take a mug, takes a while to warm up, pods not easy to come by
The Delonghi EC330S is very stylish and would look good in any kitchen.
I found the best thing about this machine is that it takes pods as well as ground coffee, and the water tank is removable so no need to take a jug to the tank to fill it up. The cup warmer is a pleasant addition.
I am however disappointed that it won't take a mug, so a large cup is ideal if you want a cappuccino. Also it does takes a while for the machine to warm up, and the pods aren't that easy to come by in the shops, so stock up when you find them or buy them online.
Overall this is a great mahcine for people who don't want to spend a fortune, or for the begginers as it is very easy to use. 9/10 ...
