I have just bought this toaster for the second time . . . . but that is a good thing! The first lasted an admirable seven years and it was used at least once a day, every day. I loved the design so much that I've just bought it again, for me nothing could match the style, reliability and value for money that Delonghi represent. Its very pratical with a dial for how well toasted you like your bread, cancel button, defrost setting and crumb tray. Its also easy to clean.
