This product claimed to prevent excess window condensation and damp, reduce mould and indoor humidity whilst also reducing odour so I thought why not??
I went in to my local Argos and bought the Delonghi DEC10 de-humidifier the first thing I noticed was how heavy it was as I do not have a car ... ...the back with a Delonghi helpline number - whilst I have never used the number I have used the trouble shoot guide - as I found when you lift the product with the integrated carry handle if you drop it suddenly the product will have a red light appear on the top and stop working. I found this could be easily solved by unplugging and re-plugging in again.
There is a min to max control too but I keep mine on max all the time - a slight hot air comes ...
