The automatic cappucino button needs to be seen to be believed, the only thing it doesnt do is shake the cocoa on the top!

The machine can be set up to deliver the correct amount of liquid according to your coffee set, no need to go out and buy new cups etc. In fact everything about the machine can be tweaked to suit your own taste, the courseness of the grind, the amount of coffee to be ground, the amount of water pushed through the coffee, then when it all goes wrong there is a reset button to take you back to factory default.

I bought this machine because my last coffee maker ended up in the cupboard collecting dust, this one has a timer to turn the machine on first thing in the morning, I can stagger into the kitchen and press one button to make a coffee, for a cappucino or latte I just grab the milk jug out of the fridge and push it into its slot on the machine and press the button. It is as easy, if not easier, than making a cup of instant. Then when I forget to turn it off there is an automatic shut off.
Cleaning has been a breeze, there is a 'clean' button that you press to steam clean the milk attachments on the jug, the coffee dispenser rinses itself when it switches off or otherwise there is a rinse button. The manufacturer recommends vaccuuming the stray grounds out of the machine if it gets messy.None
I have just one criticism, the milk jug lid can be awkward to remove, it might get better with use, but apart from that I love my new investment. Next to find the perfect bean

OK ... so Ive had this machine for a while now, I still love it, I am very fussy with my coffee, and am proud to say I have become a coffee snob :o) The machine is so consistant, I know when I have a bad batch of beans from the coffee farm! The cleaning process has become quite important with time, the machines own rinse cycle is not quite good enough, but rinsing the removable grinder under running hot water has given the easiest good results, I try to do this every evening but if I forget I can get away with missing the odd one, the coffee becomes bitter if forgotten for too long. The machine is a bit of a nag, empty the grinds container... fill the beans container... fill the tank... all seem to happen first thing in the morning 'before' the first coffee of the day AAAAGGGGHHH
